  My experience was different. Dr Zimmerman was highly professional in his diagnosis and used IT to make me understand the nature of my rotator cuffs and the treatment options. They concurred with those surgeons who had seen me before but I chose him because of his candid and honest approach.

  Horrible!! Staff is extremely rude, they have no clue what they are doing. They confuse files, ask for unneeded Co payment with attitude. When explained why co payment was not applicable, instead of apologizing, front desk still says...I'm going to find out and call you if you have to pay Co payment!! ( there's no co payment with WC!) When asked for copy of my reports, it was left open,visible and put in front of a patient that was waiting for an appointment, and patient was clearly reading my report while waiting for his appointment! ( what a HIPPA violation!) Patient sees me looking to see if that is my report and when I see my name say...excuse sir, and patient even says...I'm sorry, I read your report bcuz it was put in front of me as if it was mine! Patient suggested I complain to doctor but Doctor walks out of a room and starts reprimanded his nurse in front of us. I just walked away and took myself to another office. Dr. Zimmerman has no bed side manners, does not explain the procedure, and seems to only know to say " oh wow "!! You definitely need surgery!!! Take care of yourself and go to any other surgeon but him!
