- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Terrible patient relationship. I was sent to collections on a bill that was sent to me previous address. No attempt to contact at my new address which they had on file. I called them and paid the bill. It was their error bit now due to the fact they sent me to collections in their own admitted error, they will not see me as a patient.
